Last updated: July 4, 2026Yummster S.A.S. (Mexico) is responsible for the personal data this website collects, including the waiting list. This notice covers only the site and the waiting list; the app will have its own privacy notice when it becomes available.
This site uses no tracking cookies, has no third-party analytics, and collects no health or allergy data. Any allergy settings you eventually configure in the app are governed by the app's notice, and our permanent rule is that they are never shared, never sold, and never used for anything but your recommendations.
Nothing else. No spam and no lists shared with advertisers.
We do not sell personal data. Your email is stored with our database infrastructure provider (Supabase), which processes it solely on Yummster's behalf and under restricted access controls. Beyond that, we would only share data if a competent authority legally requires it.
We keep your email while the waiting list is active. If you ask to leave, we take it off the list and delete it within the applicable legal and operational timeframes.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection (ARCO rights under Mexican law), revoke your consent, or limit the use or disclosure of your email at any time. Write to us at privacy@yummster.app, preferably from the registered email address or including a way to confirm your identity and reply to you; we will handle your request within the legally required timeframes. You can also leave the waiting list without giving a reason.
If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date above. If a change affects how we use your email, we will let you know before applying it.
